If You Are a Leader, Pay Close Attention To These Lines.
If you are in a position of authority and you cannot control the extent you use your power, then you are wrong and headed in the wrong direction in your career.
If you cannot control your "emotions" and will transfer aggression to those around you, whether or not they are your colleagues, workers, subordinates, business partners, friends, family members or acquaintances...
Your career is surely headed 'south', you may ruin yourself and your career if you do not call yourself to order.
As a leader, you are first and foremost a servant...always ready and willing to serve others, irrespective of who they are and their statuses.
Leaders are meant to influence, accept feedback of all sorts, give clear direction and answers to issues of concern and much more in any organisation they are found.
If you bounce back on any staff and make decisions that you will end up regretting simply because you were (are) asked for clarifications on certain issues that are affecting the #organisation you both are serving in, then you are not fit to be a leader.
To put my message for you as concisely as possible, "Be a good leader with good legacies"
As a good leader, you are meant to change things for the better. You are supposed to be proactive. Handle #clients expectations efficiently, to say the least.
Be a cheerful leader. Don’t use your position to oppress others. Be a #leader who brings about positive changes and results wherever you are, that way, posterity will judge you wonderfully.
